

Francisco Afan Delgado was a Filipino Yale-educated lawyer, soldier, and public servant. He was elected as to Congress as the first district of Bulacan and served as a resident commissioner from the Philippine Islands to the US House of Representatives. He was a Philippine senator and an ambassador to the United Nations. Delgado was the Grandmaster of the Grand Lodge of Freemasonry between 1926 and 1927 and founder of the Masonic Hospital for Children in Manila. More here: http://bit.ly/zQ1DvR.
