Frank married Mollie Myrtle Allen on June 15, 1904, in Luling, Caldwell, Texas, USA. Together they had the following children:

• Frank Campbell Allen, Jr;
• John Milton Allen;
• Robert Evan Allen;
• Virginia Nixon Allen;
• Ruth Nixon Allen.

He died on January 17, 1983, in Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas, and was buried in Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas, United States of America.
