Arrived 1719 from Hamm in Germany on the "Mijnden", assistant to Paul Roux and from 29.3.1723 for Maria le Fèbre widow of Jan Roy. He and Maria handed in their wedding bands to Ds. van Aken of Drakenstein. A Catharina Hofman, however, objected claiming that she and Haarof were already engaged. Ds. van Aken stopped the reading of the bans and referred the case to the mariage court. The court rejected Catharina Hofman's objection and approved the marriage between Haarhof and le Fèbre.Arrived as a soldier in 1719. Started working for Maria Catharina leFebre (widow of Jan Roi) on 29/3/1723 and married her in ca 1724.They had three children.
