About Freeda Swenn
DARROUZETT - Freeda Swenn, 83, died Sunday, Oct. 22, 2000, in Spearman.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today in St. Paul's Lutheran Church with the Rev. Gene Foster officiating. Burial will be in Darrouzett Cemetery by Good Samaritan Funeral Service of Booker.
Mrs. Swenn was born south of Booker. She married Fred Swenn in 1934 at Follett, where they made their home. Later moving to a farm southwest of Darrouzett where the farmed and ranched for 54 years. They moved to Darrouzett in 1992 and then to Spearman in 1998.
She attended St. John's Congregational Church at Follett.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Melvin Swenn of Spearman; a daughter, Glenda Straub of Double Oak; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
