Frik Coetzee (1951 - 2008)
Brief overview:
Frik (57), a vegetable farmer, and a former Phalaborwa police officer, was shot twice in the chest by two males wearing balaclavas. He died instantly. One of them armed with a 12-bore shot gun, the other with a pistol, on his farm in Barberton, Mpumalanga on 28th July 2008. His brother, Hans (53), was shot three times, and was seriously wounded in the attack.
