About Gary Carl Anderson
Blackfoot - Gary Carl Anderson, 35, Moreland, died Friday at the Eastgate Healthcare Center in Pocatello of complications arising from cerebral Palsy.
He was born February 16, 1947 in Blackfoot to Emfred A and Edna Ruth Thompson Anderson. He lived in rural Blackfoot with his parents all his life until moving to Eastgate in May of 1976. He was a member of the First Baptist Church. He enjoyed listening to classical music and going outdoors.
Survivors include his parents, Moreland; a brother Philip Fred Anderson, Idaho Falls; and a sister, Mrs Tom (Laura Ruth) Lafrenz, Moscow.
Funeral Services will be 2 pm Tuesday at the First Baptist Church, 10 N University Ave, Blackfoot, with the Rev. Dale (Skip) Wagner officiating.
Friends may call at the Hill-Coltrin-Sandberg Funeral Home after noon on Monday. The family will receive friends from 7:30 to 9 pm Monday and one hour prior to the services on Tuesday.
Burial will be in the Riverside Thomas Cemetery. The family will acknowledge contributions to the Cathedral Pines Baptist Camp in care of Rev. Wagner.
