Funeral for Geneva Joe Clark Mott, 86, Lawton, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Comanche Reformed Church with Ramon Laurenzana and the Rev. Charles Spencer officiating.

She died on Friday, April 11, 2008, in Lawton.

Burial will be in the Highland Cemetery under the direction of Comanche Nation Funeral Home.

She was born April 13, 1921, in Lawton to Edward H. and Mary Pache Parker Clark. She grew up attended Lawton Public Schools and Fort Sill Indian School. She married Raymond E. Powell in 1941. They were married for 25 years. They traveled to all over the United States and overseas during Raymond's tour with the Army Air Corp. She was a member of the Comanche Nation of Oklahoma and a member of the Comanche Reformed Church. She was owner and operator of Jody's House for Little People, a children's daycare center. She was a certified nurses aide. She married Harold Mott in Whittman, Ariz., in 1979. He later died.

Survivors include three daughters and sons-in-law: Ramona and Larry Boyington, Sherman, Texas; Geneva and Geno Powell, Spokane, Wash., and Betty and Ramon Calipatrea, California; two sisters: Weckeah Bradley, Lawton, and Theresa Tahsequah Laurenzana, Lawton; four sons and two daughters-in-law: Raymond E. Powell, Phoenix; Doug E. and Jean Powell, Wichita Falls, Texas; Robert E. and Cheryl Powell, Cache, and Nina Youngman, Chattanooga; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, a great-great granddaughter, nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Sharon Joe Powell; three brothers: Clifford Clark, Edward Lewis Clark and Pearson Page Clark; three sisters: Alberta Tahkofper, Mona Clark and Mary Clark; her grandparents, E.L. And Waumaconie Clark and Quanah and Weckeah Woonardy Parker.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the March of Dimes "Save A Child."
