George Booth, first mentioned, in Surrey county, 1714. His son, George, 1140 acres on Sappony Creek. 1746. There was also a son (or brother), Thomas Booth. who married Dorcas-, and had Amy, born 1728 (Bristol Parrish Register). '

George. Sr., died 14th August, 1763, aged 84 years (born 1679), so certified " his grandson," George Booth, in the old Albemarle Pa. Register. George Booth was of the Committee of Safety for Sussex. 1775. Mary Booth died 1752.
