About George Lewis Brookman
George L. “Buck” Brookman, 76, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, February 1, 2019 peacefully, surrounded by his family at home.
Buck was a long time resident of Spotsylvania County. He retired from Graninger’s Mobile Home Supply and RV Park.
Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Frances; children Jeff Brookman (Linda) of Stafford, David Brookman (Karen) of Spotsylvania and Donna Reese (Richard) of Buffalo, N.Y.; five grandsons David, Brian, Matthew, Jason and Mason; four great-granddaughters; and multiple nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, two brothers and three sisters.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, February 6 at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg. A private Funeral Service will be held at a later date.
