Although the name is not given on the birth record, the burial record which matches DOB shows George (see under sources). He is buried in grandfather Eli's plot in Glenwood Cemetery.
The Glenwood register of interments shows that George died of "Malignant diphtheria" on Dec 7th and was buried on Dec 8th in 1890. It gives his address as 2153 Pennsylvania Avenue.
