George Washington Clark

George W. CLARK was born in China, Kennebec, Maine, USA on 1836-06-20. He was the fourth child of Heman CLARK (October 06, 1771) and Betsey Elizabeth BAXTER (June 18, 1798). He had one brother (Daniel Baxter CLARK (March 03, 1826)) and two sisters: Mary C. CLARK (December 26, 1824), Hannah CLARK (ABT 1832).

When he was 8 years old, his father Heman CLARK died (1844-09-30). When he was 38 years old, his mother Betsey Elizabeth BAXTER died (1874-11-10).

On 1862-03-14, he married Margaret Ann FAIRFIELD (October 27, 1841). He was 25 years old when he married Margaret Ann FAIRFIELD, who was 20 years old at that time. He had four children with Margaret Ann FAIRFIELD: Isaac F. CLARK (February 01, 1870), Albert H. CLARK (February 01, 1873), Homer F. CLARK (September 27, 1875), Leonora M. CLARK (April 30, 1884).

On 1918-12-08, he died in Saint Albans, Somerset, Maine, USA when he was 82 years old. On 1918-12-11, he was buried in Saint Albans Village Cemetery, Saint Albans, Somerset, Maine, USA. His wife Margaret Ann FAIRFIELD died on 1884-12-27, 34 years before him.
