      WILL of GEORGE CORNELIUS In the name of God, Amen. I GEORGE CORNELIUS, Wayne County, Indiana, being in perfect mind and memory and knowing that all men has to die, and what God has been pleased to trust me with, I give as follows. I give my soul to God who gave it and my body to be laid away at the descretion of my friends. First, I give to my well beloved wife, KATHARINE, her choice of my horses and saddle and bridle with a good feather bed and furniture, a cow and a calf, as she may select, with two hundred dollarswhen collected. Then I give to my son BENJAMIN CORNELIUS, 70 acres of land where he now lives as follows. Beginning at the southeast corner running west 40 rods, thence south 40 rods, thence west 40 rods, thence north 120 rods to William Simmons line, thence along the line to the northeast corner, thence along the line to the beginning with all the ____ I have against at him. I give to my daughter NANCY SUMNER $50.00, o GREENBURG CORNELIUS' heirs, $20.00, then I would have all my ____ property sold at public sale. First my just debts out of that and the land sold to the best advantage it can, public or private sale, as the heirs see fit, when sold I want REBECCA CHEESEMAN and SUSAN BELLS, or heirs, to have $100.00 each and after that, the money to be equally divided between my children as follows.
