George Drake was born on 21 July 1709 at Piscataway, Middlesex Co., New Jersey.1 He married Elizabeth Stelle.2

George Drake was named in his father's will dated on 16 September 1742

When Elizabeth Stelle was born on January 3, 1711/12, in Piscataway, New Jersey, her father, Benjamin Stelle, was 27, and her mother, Mercy Hull, was 27. She was married on December 20, 1730 (or 21 July 1731) to George Drake. She died on April 15, 1768, in her hometown at the age of 57, and was buried in Edison, New Jersey.

George Drake (1709-1776). Was the Son of Captain Andrew Drake (1684-1743) and Hannah Fitz Randolph (1689-1742).

He is registered in the Abstract of Graves of Revolutionary Patriots.
