Information from Joseph Sanchez, great grandson
MY grandmother his daughter, Berta Lawson said he had red hair and was a farmer in Scott County Tennessee. He is buried in the Lawson Cemetery in a place called Capuchin. The cemetery must be on a Lawson family member's farm because all close family has been buried there since the 1850's. At the entrance to the cemetery is an abandoned two story wood frame home, I wonder who lived there. There is also a creek that runs thru it called Lawson's Creek. My grandmother said they had a good farm with rich soil.
