George Lord, son of Jeremiah and Sara (Pease) Lord was born 18 February 1764 in Enfield, CT. He married Irene "Rana" (Hall?) and had several children born in East Windsor, CT including: Irene Lord (born 2 April 1791) and George Lord (born 8 April 1793).

On 5 April 1803, George married Mrs. Huldah (Abbe) Allen, daughter of Capt. Richard Abbe and Mary (Bement) Abbe, widow of Isaac Allen.

George and Huldah had two daughters, both born in Enfield:
1. Huldah Louise Lord, born 26 July 1804, married Frederick Pease
2. Dorothy Lord, born 20 December 1806, married Ira Simons.

George Lord died on 3 September 1808 at age 44.
