George Spray

George Spray was sentenced for destroying a stocking frame at Sutton in Ashfield, the property of Francis Betts on 23rd July 1812 at the Nottingham Assizes.… to be transported 14 years.

• 1818 Jan 5,6 Servant to Revd Marsden. Re permission to marry at Parramatta (Reel 6005; 4/3497 p.276)
• 1823 Apr 5 On return of allotments in the town of Parramatta (Fiche 3265; 4/7576 p.18)
• 1825 Oct 19 Married to Harriet Collins alias Hill. Memorial of his wife for an allotment (Fiche 3124; 4/1840C No.146 p.807)
