Mentioned in the 1826 will of Thomas Stoney: "paying the Rev John Travers a further sum of £500 being a Bond debt due by me for the use of his wife settled at the Time of his Marriage ... as it is my desire that he shall hold the same in his hands for the use and benefit of whichever of his sons he may wish to keep to the family business particuarly his son George."
