Gerald Kadow, 78, passed away October 20, 2016 at Evanston Hospital. Gerry leaves behind his son Kevin and daughters Kerri and Elizabeth. He also leaves behind many in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends. He is preceded in death by his wife Connie and his sister Jan. Gerry was a high school teacher in Chicago Public Schools for over 25 years. He had a great sense of humor and enjoyed discussing history, trivia, politics, etc. A private memorial will be held. Interment will be at Maryhill Cemetery, Niles, Illinois. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Cancer Society (cancer.org).
