Gordon A. Kaufert

Kaufert, Gordon A. Born to Eternal Life on Monday, May 19, 2014, age 89 years. Preceded in death by his loving wife Esther (nee Gildemeister) and sons Gary, Michael, and Mark. Survived by his dear children Ruth Kaufert-Mata (Benjamin Mata), Gordon, Jr. (Priscilla), Kevin (Wendy), Barbara, and Scott (Zaida). Brother of Geraldine (David) Batke and Patsy (Don) Schoenecker. Also survived by grandchildren, great - grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Gordon proudly served his country in WWII as a member of the U.S. Army. He was also a member of General Charles King Post 406. Special thanks to all who were involved in Gordon's loving care. Gordon lived for his family and will be missed by all. Visitation will be held at Zwaska Funeral Home on Thursday, May 22, 2014, from 4PM-7PM with Services at 7PM.
