July 29, 1746, Jonathan Avery deeded certain land to his daughter, Hannah and her husband, Benjamin Brooks; January 7, 1750, Benjamin Brooks deeded back to Jonathan Avery the land that he had given to Hannah, his daughter, deceased, the wife of Benjamin Brooks; Jonathan Avery then deeded this land to his beloved granddaughter, Eunice, child of his daughter, Hannah Brooks (Norivich Deeds, 10:50. 420).
