She married John Kirkpatrick in Ireland in about 1710. They had a daughter in Ireland and emigrated to Pennsylvania in about 1711. They settled in West Nottingham, Chester Co., Pennsylvania. (Area was disputed with Cecil Co., Maryland).

They were members of the West Nottingham Presbyterian Church.

Hannah died before her husband (d. November 1772) as she was not mentioned in his Will.
