Hannah was the daughter of John and Mary Gibson of Caswell Co., N.C. She was born sometime in the mid-1740's, married Jesse Lay Sr. and eventually moved to Campbell Co., Tenn.
Hannah is named as John and Mary's heir when her share of their estate was sold in 1810. Please see her mother's and her husband's profiles for more information.
In 1830 son Jesse Lay Jr. has an 80-90 year old woman (b. 1740-50) in his household in Whitley Co., Ky. This is very likely to be Hannah.
