Eliezer Putnam of Danvers was born in 1665, son of John and Rebecca (Prince) Putnam.2

He married as his first wife, Hannah Boardman, and had Hannah, b. 8 Dec 1693; Eleazer, 14 Sep 1695; Sarah, 26 Sep 1697; Jeptha, 24 Aug 1699; and Samuel, 30 May 1707.

He married [second] Elizabeth Rolfe, daughter of Benjamin Rolfe and Apphia Hale, on 14 November 1711 as his second wife.
