Hannah Robinson was born on 8 March 1670. She was the daughter of Increase Robinson and Sarah Penniman. Hannah Robinson married John Williams, son of Nathaniel Williams and Elizabeth Rogers, by 1702. Her married name was Williams. Hannah Robinson died on 2 December 1757 at age 87.
