About Hannah Wise

The problem in the notice below seems to be a mis-identification of BOTH families. Col. Edmund Scarburgh certainly did have a daughter Hannah (two of them, but the first one died in infancy) - BUT she married Col. John Wise, not any "Robert".

!BIRTH-SPOUSE: E-Mail message received from Larry THomas 11 Mar 1997 re World Family Tree Vol 3 CD.

From Ancestral File (TM), data as of 2 January 1996.

!ERROR: According to an E-Mail message dated 18 Jul 1996, it is fairly obvious that the Scarborough's are NOT related to the Kings. While Robert may have married a Hannah or Johannah, there is no evidence to support the idea that Hannah was the daughter of Col. Edmund Scarborough! See file notes!

!SPOUSE: Information included in the manuscript "The Ancestral Pilgrimage Along Life's Pathway", by Roy Stevenson King, Atlanta, Georgia 1939. See page 53.
