Hans Michael Rinehart

When Hans Michael Rinehart was born in 1710, in Sumiswald, Bern, Switzerland, his father, Rev Peter Arron Reinhardt, was 38 and his mother, Margret Kupferschmid, was 34. He married Maria Catharina Preiss in 1731, in Sumiswald, Bern, Switzerland. They were the parents of at least 7 sons and 2 daughters. He died on 24 June 1751, in Augusta, Virginia, British Colonial America, at the age of 41.

REINHART posted by Emily S. Hinderliter on Tuesday, January 6, 1998 I am seeking information about the children of Michael REINHART (various spellings) who died in March, 1751. He had several children, including Mattig, Hans, Ludwig, Daniel, Christian (or Christiana), Catherine and Julianna. He was one of the original settlers of the Shenandoah Valley. I would like to hear from anyone with knowledge of his children...where they went, who they married, their children's names.
