COMMENTS
Hardy died Jan 1865 (I had just 1865 - possible will was written in Jan 1865 or it went into Probate in Jan 1865 - can't assume anything about that yet)
Brother D. J. BURLESON - (the only one I see that this might be is Jasper, possibly David Jasper - you'd think Hilkiah would name one of his kids after his father)
Heirs: (It looks like most of these heirs are brothers and sisters, but why would he not mention children Susan, Edmund and Sarah - all alive in 1860 - possibly person who took information didn't write this down, but I can't believe it. That would imply that Lucinda was also dead - I guess there could have been an epidemic of some kind) Ezekiel (mother Penelope) William C (mother Penelope) D. J. (mother? Penelope) Francis & Aaron BURLESON (mother Sarah)
Sarah LODEN, husband Nathan (mother Penelope) Fannie SELF, widow Emmiah (mother Penelope) (would mean Emmanuel/Emmiah died bef Jan 1865) America MAYS, husband David (mother Penelope) Rebecca E ARMSTRONG, husband Ephram W (mother Sarah) (add middle initial to Ephram) Ann T GREEN & husband Howell (mother Sarah) (add first name of husband)
Ferribia DAVIDSON & George S DAVIDSON (If Feriby/Ferribia d/o Hilkiah & Sarah was born in 1855, she's not old enough to be married with a husband - don't know who these people are, possibly wife's sister or his wife's neice & nephew)
Emmaline Live HOWELL & husband Burley HOWELL (Again, no clue who these 2 are)
Thomas BURLESON 21 years (unless this was written in c 1858, this wouldn't be s/o Angeline)
David L [Burleson], (blank space here) wife of Joshua CORDWELL
(don't know these either)
Penelope, decd wife of David HOLCOMB can't find a Penelope in the list, possibly she was neice or Penelope just wasn't listed when she should have been.)
Let me know if you have any additional thoughts.
