About Harley P. Rodebaugh
After moving to Missouri from Illinois, Harley Rodebaugh lived with his wife and children in a German Catholic neighborhood in Old North St. Louis, in a duplex at 1216 Madison Street.
Harley Rodebaugh's WWI draft registration card from June 1917 notes his residence as 1519 Clinton, St. Louis, Missouri, and his occupation as a boiler maker at Acme Boiler Works at 1110 Cass in St. Louis. (A Matoon, IL newspaper notice notes that Acme Boiler Works was the boiler company started together by Lee and Harley Rodebaugh in 1916.)
Harley later built a house in Jennings, MO on Helen Avenue. His brother Lee also built a house on Helen, right next door. Three generations of Rodebaughs have lived in the house Harley built on Helen.
Harley's draft registration card describes him as tall and slender, with light brown eyes and dark brown hair.
