Thomas, of the Army Air Corps, isn't -- we hope. The son of Mr. and Mrs. Milton Thomas of Weaver St., hads been shadowed by the number thirteen since he joined the armed forces Monday, Leaving with the local inductee contingent. ANd from the continued circumstances as a member of the Army Air Corps, it appears that he won't have much letup with 13. He was inducted July 13, 1942, was the 13th recruit in the inductee list, occupied the 13th seat on the train, and his draft serial number begins with 13. In a letter written home this week, he revealed that his Barrack's street number bigins with 13 and he sleeps on cot number 13. Let's hope he gets 13 Japs and 13 Huns!"
