William had the kids in UK,and the US, settling in Illinois with his death being in Illinois. [There were questions of him being the wrong father for all of the children so I posted the UK census on Harry's profile.]
Apparently, all 9 children were born in Whittlesey, Cambridge, England. According to Letha Dona Boon Hawks, four brothers fled England and came to the United States. Two of the brothers changed their names and went by their middle names, the other two brothers dropped the E off of Boon but still used their given name.
