Helen Home was the daughter of Sir Alexander Home of Home and Dunglas and Janet Hay.2,3

She married, firstly, Adam Hepburn, Master of Hailes, son of Sir Patrick Hepburn, 1st Lord Hailes and Ellen Wallace, circa 2 February 1448/49.2

She married, secondly, Alexander Erskine, 3rd Lord Erskine, son of Thomas Erskine, 2nd Lord Erskine and Janet Douglas, before 15 July 1480.2

She died after 1512.

From circa 2 February 1448/49, her married name became Hepburn.2

From before 15 July 1480, her married name became Erskine.2
