MRS. LOWENSTEIN DIES AT RESIDENCE OF HER DAUGHTER
Mrs. Helen Lowenstein, 70 years of age, the widow of the late Julius Lowenstein, died suddenly Tuesday night of pneumonia while visiting her daughter, Mrs. Alex Eisemann, of New York city. She had only been ill two days.
Mrs. Lowenstein had lived twenty-two years in Atlanta and was well known in this city. She was a generous supporter of charities. She left this city about two months ago to visit her daughters, and had been in New York city less than a week when she became ill.
She leaves three sons, Frank E. Lowenstein, president of Norris, Incorporated, vice president of the Associated Advertising Clubs of the World and former president of the Atlanta Advertising club; Max M. Lowenstein, secretary and treasurer of Norris, Incorporated; and I. J. Lowenstein. Another son, W. J. Lowenstein, formerly president of Norris, Incorporated, died last September.
The body will be brought to this city, and the funeral arrangements will be announced in a few days.
