He was married (1st) to Olive Jacobs born January 6, 1808, in Pennsylvania. She died September 26, 1859 and is buried at Galava, Henry co., Ill. He was married (2nd) in Stark co., Ill., February 22, 1860 to Hannah Gaffney, widow of his brother, Fredeirk Welker Emery who was born November 3 1884, in Westmoreland co., Pa. Henry Emery came to Henry co., Ill. in APril 1856, and died November 17, 1875 at Galava, Ill., where he is buried. Hannah died at Galva, Ill. OCtober 18, 1884.
