He is referred to in the biography of his grandson, Sir James Hurtle Fisher (http://adb.anu.edu.au/biography/fisher-sir-james-hurtle-2045 ) -- though that puts him as "rector of Stoke Albury".
Henry Rider (or Ryder) was born Tiverton on Jan 5, 1756
Accounts and Papers of the House of Commons, Volume 30 gives name of wife and identifies Lucy Vermiere as his second daughter (after Henrietta).
His will, available from the National Archives (much of which I cannot decipher) refers to £6000 worth of stocks in Couts and £3,333 capital .. a capital reserve worth about £400,000 in 2020 terms, or 857 horses in 1810 property, according to the National Archives currency converter. His will mentions leaving money to his grandchildren, including James Hurtle and George Fisher.
