HENRY WASHINGTON MATHIS-Henry Washington Mathis, 75, husband of Mrs. Beulah Sadler Mathis, and a life long resident of Fort Myers died last night. In addition to his wife he is survived by a son, Claude Mathis, and step-daughter, Mrs. Juanita Walker, both of Fort Myers; two brothers, Jim Mathis, North Fort Myers and Reuben Mathis, Tampa; and three sisters, Mrs. Willie Harne, LaBelle, Mrs. Laura Devaine, and Mrs. Etta Sloan, both of Tampa. Funeral arrangements, to be announced later, are under the direction of Young-Harvey, Funeral Directors.

Funeral Services for Henry W. Mathis, 75, will be held Sunday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock from the Young-Harvey Chapel with the Rev. C.W. Sadler officiating. Interment Services at the graveside in Fort Ogden Cemetery will be at 4 o'clock with the Rev. Wendell E. Witte officiating. The following pallbearers are requested to meet at the Young-Harvey Chapel at 1:45 p.m..; Edgar L. Starkey, Harold Travis, Earl Sadler, Clarence Clutz, Jimmy Whitaker and Flanders Thompson.
