Funeral Services were held at the Bollman Funeral Home at 2 PM Tuesday, for Henry W. Voth, 75, who died at a Dallas nursing home Saturday, March 12. The Rev. Earl Gibbs and Rev. Waldo Flickinger officiated. He had been seriously
ill for the past two years. Born July 28, 1890 in Henderson, Nebraska, he moved to Dallas where he spent the rest of his life, except for a few years when he
lived in Portland. He married Minnie Ratzlaff April 3, 1912 in Dallas, Polk County. He owned a fruit farm in the Polk Station community and was also a carpenter and millwright. He was a member of the Grace Mennonite Church. Burial was at the Salt Creek Cemetery. Survivors include his widow, Minnie Voth; a daughter, Mrs. Ruby Dashiell, Dallas; a granddaughter, Mrs. Laurice Gibbs, Springfield; a grandson, Rev. Larry Dashiell, Enid Oklahoma, and three great grandchildren; five brothers, Jacob Voth, Albert Voth, both of Dallas; George Voth, Portland; John Voth, Klamath Fallas; Reuben Voth, Corydon Iowa; and a sister, Mrs. Clara Loewen, Dallas.* Reference: Find A Grave Memorial - SmartCopy: Sep 25 2023, 8:15:00 UTC
