Here's what I have on the children of Henry Willson Sr. (1787-1863) and Jinsey Walraven. I still have a lot of work to do on this, so this is mainly preliminary.

1. Henry WILLSON was born on 7 Jun 1787 in Spartanburg County, South Carolina. He died in 1863/1866 in Cherokee/Murray, Georgia.

Henry Willson served in the War of 1812 according to his son Henry's Civil War Questionnaire in the Tennessee State Archives.

Charlotte married Leonard T. COKER on 15 Mar 1849 in Murray Co., GA. Leonard was born on 9 Jul 1824 in GA. He died on 7 Jan 1880. He was buried in Oakwood Cemetery, Comanche Co., TX.
Came to Texas from Murray Co., GA in 1854. (Mary A. Durham married L. T. Coker 4 JUN 1867 in Comanche, TX. She was born ca 1845. This could be the son of L.T. and Charlotte Wilson. If so the children listed here born from 1863 to 1869 could be Grandchildren of Leonard T. and Charlotte; Otherwise, L.T. may have remarried.

7 M vi. Volentine WILLSON was born on 18 Jan 1833 in Jackson County, Georgia. He died on 14 Oct 1912 in Comanche Co., TX. He was buried in Downing Cem., Downing, Comanche Co., TX.

Vol Wilson was among a group of five wagons that left Georgia October 4, 1854, with his wife Sarah Elizabeth Isham Wilson. Mr. Wilson was born in Jackson County, Georgia and died October 12, 1912 in Comanche County, Texas. Mrs. Wilson was born January 11, 1846 in Georgia and died December 15, 1906. Both are buried in Downing Cemetery. "Early Settlers of Texas," pub ca 1895.

According to James WILSON, "Vol [Valentine] came to Bell Co. Texas about 1857 then moved to Comanche County Texas in 1859 and lived his remaining years there. He joined Co. G, 30th Texas Cavalry, Confederate Army on July 19, 1862, and served mostly in Indian territory until the War ended. 'Vol' and Sarah accumulated slightly over 1000 acres in Comanche & Coleman Counties and gave approximately 50-80 acres to each child when they [the children] married."

children living, 3 sons, 3 daughters. Soldier residing with a daughter. Owns 100 acres land, has lived in Tennessee since 1874. Affidavits filed by Riley CLANTON, M. S. DALTON, Naomi CLANTON. Letter in file describing activities during war. Original Parole dated Decatur, AL 22 May 1865 in file.

Henry married Rachel Elizabeth MORRISON daughter of R. MORRISON on 11 Jul 1859 in Bartow County, Georgia. Rachel was born on 18 Feb 1838 in North Carolina. She died on 13 Feb 1886 in Wayne County, Tennessee. She was buried in Whitten's Crossroads Cemetery, Wayne County, Tennessee.

Pleasant married Mariah Rebecca KING on 23 Oct 1865 in Gordon Co., GA. Mariah died on 7 Oct 1883 in Gordon Co., GA. She was buried in Murray Co., GA?.
