Obituary- Charleston Daily Mail, Thursday, January 14, 1954 Page 32:
"Herman Fox, 59, Claimed By Death- Herman Vance Fox, 59, brother of the late Judge Fred L. Fox of the West Virginia Supreme Court, died yesterday at the home of his sister, Mrs. Herman O. Fast of 600 Randolph St.
Mr. Fox had been an invalid since 1918 when he was injured while serving in the air corps, and had lived with his sister for the past 14 years. He was born April 8,1895 at Glendon, the son of Camden and Carolina McMorrow Fox.
Surviving are a brother, John B. Fox of Sutton; and two other sisters, Mrs. O. W. Hall of Glendon and Mrs. D. L. Curry of La Feria, Tex.
Services will be tomorrow at ll a. m. at Wilson Funeral Home with the. Rev. R. S. McClung officiating. The body will then be taken to the home of Mrs. Hall at GIendon where services will be held at 2 p. m. The Rev. E. H. LaFon will officiate and burial will be in the family cemetery at Glendon."
