Howard M. Pratt, 87, a resident since 1956 of Sunapee, New Hampshire, a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II, an employee of the Department of Revenue Administration for the State of New Hampshire from 1957 until his retirement in 1977, died at The Clough Center in New London, New Hampshire, on Saturday, August 17, 2002. Graveside services are scheduled for Tuesday, August 20, 2002, 10 a.m., at Eastman Cemetery, Sunapee, officiated by the Rev. Wayne McDonald, pastor of Community United Methodist Church. Military services will be conducted by American Legion Post 25 of Newport. Memorial services are scheduled for Saturday, September 28, 2002, 3 p.m., at Sunapee United Methodist Church.
