About Hugo Tsvi Feilchenfeld
Hugo Feilchenfeld (b. 1874 Kulm, d. 1965 Jerusalem ) - German-Israeli doctor, ophthalmologist. He studied in Heidelberg , in 1896 in Kiel holds a Ph.D. on the work of "Beitrag zur Kasuistik der Artrophia Nervi optici." Then he was a physician assistant in Königsberg , Berlin and Vienna . From 1907 until 1936 he led the ophthalmic clinic in the Jewish Hospital in Berlin. In 1939 he emigrated to Palestine.
