OBITUARY TRANSCRIBED FROM SCAN ON FINDAGRAVE:

MRS. IDA HELEN LANE

Mrs. Ida Helen Lane, 78,

Eureka resident, passed

away Monday morning at a

local hospital following

a lengthy illness. She

was born March 9, 1878,

in Blocksburg, and had

spent most of her life in

the Scotia and Carlotta

area until the past ten

years, when she made her

home in Eureka.

She is survived by her

son, Leslie Lane, Campton

Heights, and these

daughters Mrs. Ada

Larson, Eureka, Mrs.

Rilma Reese, Scotia, and

Mrs Eva Cox, Sparks,

Nevada. She also leaves

8 granchildren, and the

following sisters: Mrs.

Gladys Bohanan, Eureka,

Mrs Frances Kaneen,

Lakeport, Mrs. Aneta

Fielden, Scotia, and Mrs

Edith Ball, Eureka, and

several nieces and

nephews, most of whom

reside in this area.

Funeral services will be

conducted Friday at 2:00

p. m. at the Chapel of

Goble's Fortuna Mortuary,

with Reverend I. E.

Metcalf officiating.

Internment will follow at

Hydesville cemetery.
