Ihnatia Petrushevych was a school teacher in Novytsi, Kalush county, Ukraine and the spouse to a judge Roman Petrushevych.

She along with her two sons, Jurij and Stepan were deported to Kazakhstan in 1940. She and her son Stepan perished there.
