- "Ina Maude Mish, 90
- "WAREHAM - Ina Maude (Rude) Mish, 90, of Wareham, passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, May 18, 2016.
- "She was the wife of the late Lawrence B. Mish, who predeceased her in 2010.
- "Born in New Haven, Conn., she was the daughter of the late Frank Holmes and Mary Elizabeth (Diggles) Rude. A graduate of Hill House High School, New Haven, she graduated from UCONN-Storrs in 1948 where she met the love of her life and future husband, Lawrence Mish. Mrs. Mish also graduated from Brockton Hospital School of Nursing in 1967 and received her M.S. in Nursing from University of Rhode Island in 1975. She lived in Norton, Bridgewater and East Orleans before moving to Buzzards Bay in 2007.
- "She worked as a lab technician at Yale Medical School, bacteriologist for New Haven Board of Health, Mass. General Hospital and Mt. Auburn Hospital, as a nurse for Cardinal Cushing Hospital in Brockton and nursing instructor at both Quincy City Hospital and Brockton Hospital Schools of Nursing.
- "Mrs. Mish was a life member of both the General Society and Mass. Society of Mayflower Descendants and the Rich Family Association, past member of the Nauset Garden Club, Orleans Historical Society and past president of the Cape Cod Embroiderers Guild of America. She was also a former member of the Norton Singers for over 30 years, founding member of the Bridgewater State College Faculty Wives, Bridgewater Friends of Library, Bridgewater Friends of Seniors. She also served as a docent for the Brockton Museum of Art and served on the board of the Bridgewater Visiting Nurses Association.
- "She is survived by her children, Peter Mish and his wife Patricia of Brockton, Eleanor Mish and Deborah Doyle and her husband Marc, all of Buzzards Bay, and Christopher Mish and his wife Constance of Taunton; her grandchildren, Sean and Derrek Mish, Jeffry and Alec Doyle, Joanna, James and Sarah Mish.
- "Her graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, May 23, 2016, at Pine Grove Cemetery, Truro.
