Junior-Senior Banquet at Union.
Special to Times-Republican.
Union, May 15 - The junior-senior banquet was given in the Christian church dining room last evening. Plates were laid for thirty-five. The dining room and tables were beautifully decorated In the class colors and carnations, with hand decorated menu and place cards. Miss Hazel Bussey, principal, was toastmaster. The following are the graduates, Inez Rash, Glen Rash, Ina C. Drake, John A. Wood, O'Neal Mason, Paul Johnson, Amy C. Candiff, Vetta C. Smith, Fred N. Wilson, Donald Madole, Nellie E. Harris, Harold G. Wilson and Wayne Kauffman.
The class play, "She Stoops to Conquer," will be given May 21 at the Christian church and V.V. Loper, of the Congregational church, will deliver the baccalaureate sermon May 28, at 8 o'clock. The commencement address by Supt. D.M. Kelley, is set for May 27, at the Congregational church.
