INFANT TIMBERLAKE, b. December 27, 1837, CNW; d. December 28, 1837, CNW.

	Notes for INFANT TIMBERLAKE: Journal of B B Cannon, detachment Conductor; Dec'r 28th 1837 The party refused to go furthter but at the same time pledged themselves to remain together until a remuster was made by the proper officer for whom I immediately sent an express to Fort Gibson alleging that their refusal was in consequence of the sickness now prevailing. Doct Reynolds, the disb'ing agent for the party dismissed the waggons from further service. Buried another child of Charles Timberlakes, and one which was born (untimely) yesterday of which no other account than this is taken. Issued pork [unreadable] Horne arrived late in the evening [and] missed my express on the way. Jesse Hally buried a child born last night.
