About Irihapeti Driver
Information from the Māori community of Ōtākou indicated that Motoitoi is buried in a gully beside the present Ōtākou Māori urupā, the exact place is unknown. She, along with others was originally buried in a Māori burial area at what is now an old quarry at Aramoana on the other side of the harbour. When the quarry was started the bodies were disinterred and removed over to Ōtākou. Source: Find A Grave.
