Isaac Barker was born about 1642.[1]

Isaac Barker was the son of Robert Barker and Lucy Williams.[1][2]

Isaac Barker was of Duxbury and Marshfield, Massachusetts. and Portsmouth, Rhode Island.[2]
Marriage
Isaac Barker declared his intentions to marry Judith Prence, daughter of Gov. Thomas Prence and his third wife, Apphia Quick, on December 28, 1665, in Plymouth County, Plymouth Colony.[1] His widow, Judith Prince married second, William Tubbs, of Pembroke in 1691. She died in 1710.[3]
There was a tradition that his wife, Judith Prence, and all her seven sisters were very beautiful.[3]

The fact that an administrator was appointed for Francis' estate in 1694 (Mar. 26) indicates that he was among the older children; the letter of administration names Samuel as "eldest brother". The daughters were arranged in the order in which they appeared in their grandfather's will. Bathsheba Barker being not named but designated as the youngest.[3]
