  • I Issac Culberson considering the uncertainty of this Mortal life and being of sound mind and memory make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following first I resign my soul into the hands of him who gave it Hoping and believing in the ? of sins and my worldly Estate I give and devise as follows.
  • 1st It is my will and desire that all my debts should be paid out of my Estate.
  • 2nd It is further my will and desire that all my Estate both real and personal be kept in common stock for the raising and education of my children: at the disposal of my wife Polly Culbertson during her life time or widowhood and in case of her interman? age or decease, that an equal distribution of all my estate shall be made to all my legaties. It is further my wish that the property left in the hands of my wife be disposed of in case of any of the children leaving at or after Mature age at her Discretion having due regard to the equal distribution.
  • 3rd I do hereby nominate and appoint my wife Polly my exectris and my brother James Culberson my executor for the purpose of Carrying into effect this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have here unto set my hand this fifth day of June one thousand eight hundred and twenty nine.
