About Isaac Judd

Thomas Judd and His Descendants by Sylvester Judd, pg. 39, 40, 41

"Isaac Judd, son of Joseph Judd, of Waterbury, married Anna Williams, daughter of Daniel Williams, Jan 23, 1752. He lived in or near Judd's Meadow, so called. This name was first given to an interval, but was sometimes applied to an extensive territory around, which was afterwards in the parish or society named Salem, or Salem Bridge, in the southern part of Waterbury. It is now Naugatuck. Isaac Judd made his will in 1805, and died June 10, 1808. His widow died July 1, 1822. Ten children were living in 1805."
