Biography
Note Concerning Surname: Isaac consistently signed his name "Isaac Ringe." His birth was apparently registered as "Isaack Ring." Isaac Ring (or Rindge or Ringe) was born on 29 Sep 1661, in Ipswich, Essex County, Massachusetts Bay Colony. He was the son of Daniel Ring and Mary Kinsman.<ref>"Ring, Isaack, s. Daniell:" Citing court records: Massachusetts Vital Records Project, Ipswich - Births, p. 313 (accessed 9 Oct 2017).</ref> In 1665 he was a beneficiary in the will of his grandfather Robert Kinsman::" I doe give and bequeath unto my sonn Robert ...... paying unto Isaac & Sarah Ringe the chilldren of my daughter Mary ten pounds apeece when they come to age & if either of them dye before they come to age the survivor to enjoy the whole twenty pound."
